When we talk about taking responsibility, we mean it: For us, sustainability is not just a popular buzzword in our annual report. For us, sustainability is not just what ESG guidelines tell us to do. It is an integral part of our processes. It is what we do with full conviction and what we pursue with great determination and ambitious goals day in, day out. Not just for our customers but for all our other stakeholders too. In in all respects. Socially, ecologically, economically.
We are already setting standards in many areas. And we exceed legal requirements. But of course we also know that there is always room for improvement. We are working on this with the utmost commitment. How? By making the issue a top priority: Responsibility for our sustainability strategy and its implementation rests directly with our Executive Board. Supported by our sustainability and transformation department. We also give our entire team a role in this central task. This means that internal, cross-location working groups on key areas of action that are of particular relevance to us make us that little bit better every day. At the same time, responsible behaviour is firmly anchored in the mindset of the entire company.

With a score of 12.0 ("low risk"), we are among the top 3% of global real estate developers in the Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating

We create needs-based living space and all-round added social value for the people in our residential quarters and the surrounding neighbourhoods as well as for the involved cities and municipalities. In doing so, we never lose sight of the well-being of our employees and partners.
We are constantly optimising the ecological footprint of our projects. By building in a climate and resource-friendly way, relying on sustainable building materials and energy solutions and developing and implementing innovative mobility and water management concepts in our residential districts.
We act with conviction in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. Standardised processes, clear guidelines and compliance with or exceeding legal requirements and international reporting standards are a matter of course for us.
